Arwen was a child of fate. Her breeding was a one time event, not to be repeated. She was sold twice, only to return due to her horrible behavior - she wanted to come home. She had an incredible, if short, show career, winning whenever she went in the ring. She was bred once, and produced spectacular babies, three shown successfully, all beautiful and well loved children. On May 14, 2008, painters left a gate open and she, Meggie and Isis ran to play in the fields. She never saw the car that killed her while we searched frantically for her, moments before I found her and Isis. Now her spirit lives on only through her magical children, and the wind that blows across the rose garden where she sleeps with the others who have crossed the rainbow bridge.
